חשוב לי לציין שאני מאוד מרוצה מהשירות והיחס האישי של סבינה במידה שלא יהיה ניתן לתאר בחוות דעת הזו.אני התחלתי את הדרך שלי עם סבינה לפני קצת יותר משנה.בהתחלה היה לי קצת מוזר כל הנושא הזה של הביקור מרחוק באופן דיגיטלי ואפילו חשבתי שלא אתחבר לזה בכלל,אך אחרי רק כמה דקות בתוך השיחה הבנתי שזה ממש לא ככה.חשוב לציין שלפעמים אפילו הרבה יותר נוח לדבר דווקא דרך הביקור הדיגיטלי נטו בגלל שאפשר לעשות את זה מכל מקום ואין צורך לקום להתארגן ולצאת לאנשהו כמו שעושים בביקורים פרונטליים. בנוסף,ההתחברות לשיחה עצמה היא קלילה ואין מה להסתבך אפילו לאנשים שפחות מבינים בדיגיטל.קצת על סבינה מהניסיון האישי שלי איתה.כל פעם שאני מדבר איתה אני מרגיש שיש מישהו בצד השני של המסך שמקשיב לי מייעץ לי ובאמת באמת רואים שאכפת לו מהלקוח.יצא לי בכלל לא מעט פעמים להתייעץ עם סבינה גם דרך הוואצפ ושוב פעם חשוב לציין שגם שם היא זמינה מאוד ועוזרת במידה רבה:)
אני באמת ממליץ בחום על סבינה.בדיוק בגלל זה לאחרונה המלצתי לאמא שלי על סבינה,והיא הייתה מרוצה.בין אם בן אדם רוצה לרדת במשקל,לעלות במשקל,לאזן את הסוכרת.לצבור יותר ידע בספירת פחמימות וכדומה.אז בקיצור,שווה להתייעץ עם תזונאית:)

ניסיתי הרבה שיטות להוריד במשקל אך ללא הצלחה, אך כשקיבלתי המלצות מסבינה, ראיתי תוצאות חיוביות ואני מרגיש נפלא וקליל יותר, בלי הרבה מאמצים,אך עם הרבה רצון ונחישות וגם לא העמיסה עליי כל מיני הנחיות , הכל בהסבר נעים ובכיף, וגם עשתה לי קצת "הנחות" בלאכול ולשתות בחגים, ארועים וכו'. כמובן עם הנחיות איך להתמודד מול שולחן החג וארועים.

מקצוית,סבלנות ביזברים,

פניתי אל דיאטנית סבינה בעקבות המלצה של אורטופד לרדת במשקל לקראת ניתוח אורטופדי. 
יחד איתה עברנו על הרקע הרפואי שלי, בדיקות דם, לקחנו בחשבון את ההרגלים והעדפות שלי ובנינו דיאטה דלת פחמימות שמתאימה לי. 
התחלתי לרדת במשקל, כ- 500-600 גר׳ לשבוע. בפגישות מעקב סבינה במקצועיות ובזהירות נתנה לי את הדגשים הרלוונטיים לכל שלב, שעזרו לי להמשיך בתהליך. כתוצאה מכך במהלך  7 חודשים ירדתי 18 ק״ג. 
סבינה היא דיאטנית מעולה, מקצועית ובעלת ידע רב, נעימה ואמפטית, אני מודה לה מאוד על התהליך שעברנו.

סבינה מקצועית, קשובה מאד, אמפטית ויש לה רצון אמיתי לתת מענה למשפחה. היא ליוותה אותנו עם הילדה שלנו ולא שקטה עד שלא
ניתן טיפול מקיף וראוי שייתן פתרון.

סבינה היקרה עזרה לבת שלי. היא בדקה כל דבר אפשרי וקראה בעיון את כל ההיסטוריה הרפואית שלה. מהר מאוד היא הבינה את הבעייה והציבה אותנו על הדרך הנכונה לפתרון הבעייה. הכל נעשה במקצועיות ובנעמות. היא השרתה שלווה ורוגע למרות הסטרס שבו היינו וליוותה אותנו ליווי תזונתי לעילא ולעילא. תודה רבה לך סבינה על כל העזרה והטיפול המסור!

אל סבינה הגעתי בעקבות תוצאות בדיקות דם לא תקינות. להמלצת הרופא, פניתי לדיאטנית והתחלנו תהליך. לאחר חודשיים מרגע שהתחלנו, ביצעתי בדיקות נוספות לצורך מעקב והשינוי היה משמעותי ומאוד משמח. מעבר לידע הנרחב שיש לסבינה בתחומה, הליווי מאוד נוח בעזרת הדיגיטל- שיחות פייס-טיים, והזמינות שלה בין הפגישות ראויות לציון לשבח👌
לסיכום, ממליץ מאוד לעבור את התהליך יחד עם סבינה, וכמובן לעשות זאת כשמצויידים בבדיקות הדם הרלוונטיות.

לפני כשנה קיבלתי את הליווי של סבינה בשנוי הרגלי התזונה שלי  . סבינה מקצועית מאד בעלת ידע נרחב בתחום התזונה. עצותיה והליווי שלה היו מעולים
