ניסיתי הרבה שיטות להוריד במשקל אך ללא הצלחה, אך כשקיבלתי המלצות מסבינה, ראיתי תוצאות חיוביות ואני מרגיש נפלא וקליל יותר, בלי הרבה מאמצים,אך עם הרבה רצון ונחישות וגם לא העמיסה עליי כל מיני הנחיות , הכל בהסבר נעים ובכיף, וגם עשתה לי קצת "הנחות" בלאכול ולשתות בחגים, ארועים וכו'. כמובן עם הנחיות איך להתמודד מול שולחן החג וארועים.

סבינה עזרה לי להבין את התהליך של הגוף והמחשבה לפני ואחרי הניתוח בעזרתה צלחתי את הניתוח ואת תקופת ההלחמה בקלות . ידעתי לאוכל נכון מה מותר ומה אסור, סבינה הייתה זמינה עבורי בכל שלב נתון ובעזרתה קיבלתי כלים רבים !!! 
היום - אני אחרי שנה וחצי ואני עדיין במעקב אצל סבינה אחת לחודש ובעזרתה אני שומרת על אורח חיים בריא ומתאימה לעצמי את התפריט שמתאים לי תוך המשך ירידה במשקל ושמירה על בריאות תקינה .
